All of such skills when generalises and cross maps with existing skills and capabilities, equips the child with newer capabilities that will allow them to outshine and standout the crown and shine like a star in all the areas of their life.

Here are some tips for parents to help their children build skills during the summer vacation:

10. *Encourage Independence*: Allow your child to pursue their interests and take ownership of their learning. Offer support and guidance when needed, but also give them the space to explore and discover on their own.

11. *Volunteer Together*: Get involved in community service projects or volunteer opportunities. This teaches empathy, compassion, and social responsibility while also providing valuable hands-on experience.

12. *Plan Educational Outings*: Visit museums, historical sites, or science centres to spark curiosity and ignite a love for learning. These outings provide opportunities for hands-on exploration and discovery.

13. *Set Goals*: Sit down with your child at the beginning of the summer and help them set achievable goals for what they want to learn or accomplish. Break larger goals into smaller tasks to make progress more manageable.

14. *Keep a Journal*: Encourage your child to keep a journal or diary to record their thoughts, experiences, and reflections. Writing regularly helps improve literacy skills and promotes self-expression.

15. *Practice Time Management*: Help your child learn to manage their time effectively by creating a daily schedule or routine. Encourage them to prioritize tasks and allocate time for both learning and leisure activities.
